Registration | Participation Tickets
Participating ensembles
We strongly recommend that one main responsible person (e.g. member of the board or leadership team) per ensemble orders the tickets for all your ensemble members. This way, the main responsible person keeps an overview of the registered ensemble members and can change registrations and register new ensemble members. The following applies: Each ensemble books one registration for each person performing (singer, choir director) per competition. For persons who sing in more than one ensemble and participate more than once in one championship or in more than one championship (= multi-singer), a regular participation ticket must be purchased through one ensemble and a multi participation ticket must be purchased for each additional ensemble. A multi participation ticket is only valid in combination with the described regular participation ticket. Only a regular participation ticket entitles the holder to attend the individual events and guarantees a seat.
Supporters & Accompanying Persons
These tickets are for BinG! members who are not participating in a championship as well as supporters or accompanying persons of the participating ensembles, such as partners or friends of singers who would like to sit together with the ensemble in the ensemble area as support. There is free seating in the ensemble area. Alternatively, BinG! members may receive discounted tickets for themselves, friends and family with prior seat selection in the official event ticket store. This will be available shortly.
Honorary guests and representatives of a partner organization.
Honorary guests and representatives of a partner organization can book a (free) seat ticket for themselves and their companions by entering their voucher code below. A corresponding voucher code will be sent to the honorary guests in advance. You did not receive one? Please write to us at bmf@barbershop.de.
Note: There is free seating in the ensemble area. This way we want to offer more flexibility and impulses for interaction with other German or international ensembles and music lovers Honorary guests will be seated in the VIP area.
