Consent form for the use of audio, film and photographic recordings as part of Harmony College 2022.
I am aware that audio, film and photographic recordings will be made in the context of Harmony College and that I will be clearly recognizable in some of these. I agree to the recordings. My consent is also valid without limitation for private and/or commercial use - publication, distribution, use, processing and passing on - in digital form and print form by BinG! Barbershop in Germany e.V. or also by third parties. My consent is not limited in time and place and applies to all forms of distribution and publication. I waive the future assertion of injunctive relief against the aforementioned use of recordings of my person already at this point.
As a ticket purchaser, I hereby declare that I have informed any other participants for whom I am ordering a ticket about this declaration of consent and have obtained their consent. The consent is therefore also given on behalf of the respective ticket holders.
