You may cancel your participation in the European Harmony Brigade at any time, but we can only refund part of the event costs according to the following policy:

1. If you cancel your registration within 7 days of signing up and before receiving a confirmation email with the link to download music and tracks, you will also receive a full refund.

2. If you cancel your registration after being accepted but before April 4, 2025, you will receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee of the ticket price. After April 4, 2025, no refund will be possible. The cancellation date of the Pretix ticket is decisive.

3. In the unlikely event that the European Harmony Brigade event must be canceled for any reason, you will receive a proportional refund based on the amount remaining after calculating income minus expenses. This will be divided among the registered participants. A full cost breakdown will be provided to all registrants.

4. There is no entitlement to a refund for parts of the participation fee in the case of late arrival or early departure.
