Barbershop Music Festival 2023

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Ticket Sales

BinG! Barbershop in Germany e.V. is the sole organizer of the Barbershop Music Festival 2023 and therefore bears the sole financial risk.

The general conditions are as follows:

1. Prices

For the sale via BinG! the respective indicated prices are valid. In case of a refund, fees may apply.

2. Discounts

There are various discounts, the use of which is subject to certain conditions:

• The early bird discount is granted for purchases up to and including 28.02.2023.
• BinG! members receive a 10% discount on the original ticket price. The discount can be activated by means of a voucher code.
• People up to the age of 27 (< 27 years) can purchase tickets at greatly reduced prices.

Not all combinations of the above discounts are available.

3. Return and exchange

Return and exchange of tickets are possible (subject to the provisions of clause 5 below) in accordance with the following deadlines. In this case, the stated costs will be incurred:

• up to and including 28.02.2023: free of charge
• up to and including 31.03.2023: 50% ticket fee due
• as of 01.04.2023: 100% ticket fee due

The return (cancellation) of the ticket must be made in Pretix. The return date of the Pretix ticket is decisive.

No replacement can be given for lost tickets. The owner of a ticket is considered the legal holder.

4. Event changes

The right to change the program or the cast is reserved and does not imply any claim for the return of the ticket.

5. Postponement and cancellation of the event

If the event is postponed, the old ticket remains valid for the replacement date. If the replacement date cannot be attended, the ticket must be returned before the replacement date in order to be refunded. In the case of tickets for cancelled events, a refund of the total ticket price will be made within the statutory time limits. A refund is generally only possible via the Pretix tool.

6. Severely disabled persons / wheelchair users

Severely disabled persons receive free admission for the accompanying person if they need to be accompanied. In the KONZERTHAUS DORTMUND there are 16 wheelchair accessible seats available in different price groups. These seats are only available directly from the KONZERTHAUS DORTMUND. In order to avoid these seats being allocated to other parties, wheelchair users are requested to order their tickets as early as possible.

7. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the tickets in our Pretixshop does not represent an offer, but only an online catalog. With your order you make a binding offer to us. The contract is only concluded when we send the ordered ticket to you or confirm the conclusion of the contract with another e-mail (order confirmation).

8. Right of withdrawal

Please note that for leisure services according to §312g para. 2 No. 9 BGB the revocation rules for distance selling contracts do not apply if a service from the field of leisure is provided at a certain time. Thus, no 14-day right of revocation applies to the purchase of admission tickets. Each order of tickets is therefore binding for you immediately after confirmation of the contract or shipment of the tickets by us and obligates you to accept and pay for the ordered tickets in accordance with the existing regulations.

9. Requirement of text form

All further agreements must be made in text form in order to be legally valid, as must any cancellation of this text form clause.

As a ticket purchaser, I hereby declare that I have informed any other visitors for whom I am ordering a ticket about the General Terms and Conditions and have obtained their consent. The consent is therefore also given on behalf of the respective ticket holders.
